Havent had it happen to me yet on Sprint.
Well...I should say for reasons that are Sprints fault. When I had my mogul I had some software installed on the phone that was causing it to lock up on its own sometimes, but a hard reset fixed it.
What radio are you using? Are you in an area of good coverage?
