Im telling you because I know, I reflash with my personal ROM, I flashed with a OEM ROM, I replaced the radio files from another device to make sure they were not corrupted. I even made a clone image from a good and working device and loaded the clone image on the device w/o a radio and nothing worked. When you boot up the device and there is no radio version in the OBD on the boot screen, then it is time to find a replacement.
