MUST be in bootloader mode to flash, then use "MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe"

to put in bootloader mode, hold button 5 (record button) and the power button at the top and hit the soft reset button on the bottom. the LCD will turn off and read the word "SERIAL"
now put it in the cradle and flash.
