Actually a better thing to do would be to keep "Accept all incoming beams" disabled since that turns on the IR receiver and wastes battery life.
Instead, you can change these registry keys to enable receiving OBEX:
HKLM\Services\OBEX
(Change the "Keep" setting to "0")
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Obex
(Change "IsEnabled" to "1")
