Alot of people use Wisbar advance and Wisbar Advance Desktop to achieve certain looks. The ROM I am using right now is DHarveys Windows Vista Rom...he incorporated Wisbar Advance to get some of the looks.

What you should do is figure out what you want your interface to look like, get some examples and link to them. Then we can help you out and show you how to get it to look the way you want. Once you do it a few times, it will become easier and easier. When I got my first Windows Mobile device, I was terrified to flash or modify it. Since then, I'm on my 3rd Windows Mobile device (Sprint Touch), and I flash it on average 1-2 times a week LOL

Regarding the program mentioned above (HTC Home Customizer), many custom ROMS already incorporate that into it. So when you decide what ROM you want or how you want it to look, we can go from there.
