Yes, Check out my Sound Theme Tutorial in my sig. The actual sound on my 6900 is "callwait.mid" and to turn it on/off you actually need to change a script key in the registry. I'm sure my tutorial with enlighten you on your devices sounds and handling the script key!

Something not in the tutorial is the registry key for the actual sound. It is:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Sounds\CallWaiting]
"Script"="pw3p"
"Sound"="callwait.mid"
