Help please?!?!? I installed Weather Panel. Awesome works great. I want to install the Phat Phinger theme, and I have loaded the files as stated in the Read Me file, BUT, where do I go to find the settings area to change the theme? The WP program does not show up in my programs list on my device. What am I missing? And as a newbie, I know I am missing a lot! LOL
