Jmckinney1976: Start "total Commander" and browse the \windows dir. Locate the "running programs.exe" then select it (don't dbl click and launch) then go to "file" -> ">>>>>>" -> "Create shortcut". From there you can hit "tree" to browse where you want to place the shortcut (recomend placing in "\windows\start menu\programs" as this will be seen in the start menu) and then just say ok. You can then go to the folder you created the shortcut in and rename it or whatever else you would like to do with it

Oh and if you do not see the running programs.exe in the windows dir, make sure "hide files in rom" is not checked under "show". BTW, hiding files in rom is not on by default for this reason, but I recomend checking it as it will speed up the read of this directory in total commander as well as show the files that are in memory rather than the rom.
