It's not actually timing out. The first time I tried to download it completed...instantly and the resulting file was 0 bytes. The next couple of times I tried it, I got:
Index of ftp://ppcgeeks.com/Titan/Users/SBR_L...Ms/SBR_L3GIONS V2.rar/
I tried both Firefox and IE. IE just gives me the standard "page cannot be displayed".
