Close, but the theoretical maximum for Rev. A is 3.1Mb/s in burst mode (up from 2.45 with Rev. 0). Strange how HSDPA is now up to a theoretical 7.2Mb/s (maybe more), but on average, no device that I've handled which is capable of those speeds has ever p***** mine up.
