I haven't kept up on some of the new advancements in the community.. so could someone answer a couple of quick questions for me?

I was under the impression that a few of you have now modified the windows logo in the top left hand corner (icon for start menu). I am taking a guess and saying that its in a dll somewhere.

I am looking for a way to edit:
Batt icon
Start menu Icon
Volume icon

I know I can do this with Wisbar Advance. But I am not willing to give up performance.
