man i know that its good to kill sprint with kindness. im on my 3rd mogul, from the sprint store. better then that the phones i have got have been new in the box, not refurbs, so now i have 4 sets of cables, pouches, sd cards etc etc no problems with sprint here. allways walk in with a smile lol
