How likely is it that the touch will end up on the 29.99 plan? Is it something like as a phone gets older, they're going to bump it to that plan? Or is it totally random? Has anyone heard rumors or speculation on if and when this could happen?

Can someone please answer these questions? I want to know if the data used for mms messaging is still being counted against the data plan, or if it's only against the messaging plan now. And also if this phone is expected to join the other 4 phones on the 29.99 unlimited plan. Thank you.
