Flashing? Just use my Sound Theme OEM out of the tutorial in my sig. And these sounds are actually "Scripts" in the registry. The tutorial will show you how to use my OEM or the regedits so you can add them to what you have.
edit: It would be easier to edit the:
"Script"="p"
...value in each key to...
"Script"=""
....
