Re: MSVC cab file
Go over to the forums at xda-developers.com and go to the Kaiser forum. There is a very long thread there about using MSVC and within the thread are links to several cabs of the more recent MSVC builds. Needless to say, you should already own MSVC 1.6 (presumably a lower build) before utilizing one of the posted cabs.
