You won't find the software way to do it on the phone because JBabey took it out. I believe his exact words were "Learn how to hard reset like a man" lol. brightedge gave perfect instructions on how to do it.

I'm using BigJ's latest and I just checked my phone and I still have that option. Thats weird, I wonder what happened?
