no.. no tool.. i had these 'pre-adjusted' csv files already from another post a long time ago.. the CSV itself can be opened and adjusted manually but i have NO clue what lines of code do what..

No2 has a audiopara.csv adjuster tool in the kitchen, but i have never used it.. (Nueadudio i want to say ?)

shadyloc, try a hard reset, that should clear it up for you .. just back up your contacs and whatnot, first.
