It is made for the Nokia N95 but fits perfectly with the "Extended Battery with a gradual hump-back" option. It actually looks better than what is represented on the website but mine came with "Noka" faintly embossed on the front which is hard to see at any distance and so far it has not unclipped off my scrubs or pants.
