well, you have to find the prl file from someone, and then you set the value to wherever tyhe prl file is... (wherever you saved it) then epst imports it as your prl, and soft resets.

Have you tried dialing *22899

**EDIT** http://www.corolada.com/prl should get you pointed in the right dir...
