When I shut off wifi at the switch, then soft reset, I see the wifi connection trying to initiate at the top of the screen as soon as it boots back up. Causes my GPS to not lock, or take like an hour or two before it wants to work again
Doesn't do it if I turn off wifi in the comm manager before shutting off the switch, so I guess that's my work around. Anyone else notice this?

I have this exact same problem,what i did was ,as soon as you see the wifi symbol shows up when reboot your phone,turn the wifi switch on,then off,that fixed the issue for me,try it to see if it works for u.
