Sorry about that, but you left out the most important info...lol, so we had to play detective and made sure you covered all the steps.
That is like telling us the car will not start, and not saying you have already check for gas in the tank.
Well 20 is indeed more then enough Program Memory and I am pretty sure you have enough Storage Memory. Have you tried to run sometype of reg cleaner..etc.?
Hummmm...well of course if worst come to worst you could alway Hardreset and start fresh as last resort.
