Stuck on VZW splash; usb inactive

Okok so amid my 'omg i bought this 10 hours ago and now its broken' train of thought I'm going to try and be as clear and concise as I can.

I owned an apache for about a year prior to today and went through several rom updates with little to no issue that i couldn't figure out myself. Bearing that in mind, today I finally got a 6800 and started reading. Apparently I bobbed when I should have weaved.

I started by using the olipro 2.4 unlocker (which in hindsight I believe was a mistake as my stock version of 1.2 was before this GPS stuff, I believe) But, that worked and it showed it worked afterword, everything came up and got right back into WM no problem.

So, I installed the radio 3.35.04. This is where it got retarded. I waited the duration of the upgrade, followed the instructions to the 'T,' and now it's stuck on the Verizon splash screen. Hard resetting does nothing but cycle back to it. The versions are all listing properly to what I installed, but it won't get past this screen.

Now, I read some more about the 'stuck in bootloader/splash' stuff, downloaded the titan_exitbl thing and tried it, but it was unable to open the usb port. It still cannot open it. Activesync doesn't see it either.

I realize in the grand scheme of things I probably should have at least got a full 24 hours of reading under my belt before I did this; but my zeal got the best of me. I don't know a whole heck of a lot about this stuff so I am asking for help so I can hopefully stop freaking out. :\ Any assistance would be great at this point; even to get it back to the stock rom.
