The one they JUST SENT ME YESTERDAY has the SAME problem as the other one, so I called and they're sending Mogul #3. Won't matter in six weeks anyway, my carrier Qwest is going to Verizon towers so we all get Verizon phones. I'm leaning toward the Samsung PDA phone, if anyone has an opinion on it, or has owned it, I'm ready to listen.

Said all that to say I've had three 6700s and am on my third Mogul. Yeesh.

Verizon has the same phone as the mogul.... they call it xv6800.... so doubt they will give you a new phone unless you pay or complain about it....
