Go to their web site and write to the developer (Bruce). He is very responsive, but I have to say I have the program and it works fine. The latest version is 2.01 an upgrade from 1.XX. There are a lot of nuances with the program acording to platform:

Oops, I see latest version is 2.03, maybe this is a fix.
