Also, if you notice now with ICS, the connection is shared over USB while remaining connected on the PPC side. You can still use the PPC to browse the internet while connected with ICS, which you couldn't do before with wmodem. Basically you are creating ANOTHER network that just leeches off of the cellular connection, so in short - No, nobody will know you are tethering with ICS. I would know too, as my notebook stays tethered while I am on the road almost 24/7 and I haven't heard a peep from Sprint. I am a trucker too, so I am on the road a lot
