There was a website where you could upload a pic you liked and then it would make a .cab or something file of it so you could use it as a theme for windows mobile 6.
is it still up? couldnt pull anything searching here or google.

*edit* uh yeh i might have the terminology mixed up, by theme i mean just the pic on your front screen and the colour of the top and bottom bars.
