For telenav you need to get a subscription. Your first month is free but then they start charging you.

For Sprint Navigation (pretty much the same as Telenav)
Here is the .Cab for sprint navigation but it will only work for 30 days if you dont call sprint and add it to your account for like $10 a month.
The might charge you per day if you dont have a subscription so I recommend you call them to add the feature to your account before using the app.
