mostly those who remove the MSN as part of their rom buildes, remove the three MSN1,2,3 from the kitchen. Thats really all there is to removing it.
So.. if the person building you're rom is also releasing the kitchen they are building from, you could easily build it back in.
If not, and you're adventure some, you could use the older method of building roms. Take the rom from the builder of you're choice, extract it, grab the msn oem's, and put em back in. Be warned, though, this is a serious undertaking, not for the light of heart.
The "simpler" answer might well be to just load windows live. Windows Live includes direct access to you're windows email account, and is msfts planned replacement for msn anyway. Last I used it, i found some issues regarding it co-habitating with a outlook/exchange connection, but i never deg into the effort to determine the faults. My mileage is usually far different than other users...
