This will explain how to get JiveTalk alpha working for those of you who use custom roms with SQLCE removed.
You'll need the two files below and you will have to install them in this order: 1. NETCFv2, 2. SQLCE
Note: this is the most important step, you MUST install them in this order for it to work.

The files below ARE zip files. Renaming them to cab files will not work. You must extract/unzip them.
1. Install JiveTalk alpha (Do not attempt to launch it after install)
2. Install NETCFv2.wm.armv4i.cab
3. Install sqlce30.ppc.wce5.cab
4. Press ok to the Soft reset prompt after installing sqlce30.ppc.wce5.cab
5. Launch JiveTalk
OPTIONAL
6. I found that if you uninstall NETCFv2 after launching JiveTalk/While JiveTalk is running, it will still work after. So for those of you who don't want to keep the 5MB NETCFv2 installed you may uninstall it and have your JiveTalk still work.
