For those of you considering a switch (umm... why??), keep this in mind:
Customer is totally wireless and works from home. Typically use their phone 6-8 hours per day and talk while the phone is being charged. Will the Instinct work for them?- Answer - Set expectations. The phone is off when it is being charged using the USB cable. However, the Instinct has a very long talk time of 5.75 hours and there are 2 batteries are included in the box.
