This is a very nice cube!
I've installed it on my Touch Elf and its works nicely. One detail: if you are running a non-english WM the path to the Aplauncher2.exe and ...3.exe should be changed as its not called "program files" in non-english versions.

I would like to use some of the orginal S3 icons but in different spots than in the default S3 cube. Would it be possible to upload .psd files for the icons so I can change the background to match the gradient layout?
