And I completely understand what you are saying. I work as a support team member for a call center. I can tell you that we have some bright techs on the phone, but most are basically reading docs from our Sharepoint rather than having any intuition themselves. I know 100% where you are coming from.

Gotcha. Just curious because once you get over into Sioux City and what not, that's an affiliate network area. Not actually Sprint Corporate. (Happens to be the network I work for).
