No wait take it in to sprint and say that you have insurance.. they will think the board is fried (it isnt) and will trade you in for a complete new one . . It worked for me
. But if it doesnt just turn phone completely off then go straight to bootloader screen and load a rom exe. (i used the sprint leaked rom)
