because sprint cant market themselves out of a carboard box no matter how much money they dump in. Their competition still will smoke them in advertising.
And theres things the new iphone can do better liek it has MS office support (none on Instinct), full exchange (Instinct is only partial at best), and a much better overall user experience.
But real point being marketing and perception is everything and if sprint cant comeptently show what it can do then no one will buy it! Apple/ATT have the name recognition working high for them, and Sprint has its own brand name worknig against them because of the bad reputation theyve built.
