Should I Downgrade For Warranty Exchange?

I know there is a sticky on how to do this, don't post a link to it, that's not the question.

The story: I have a Telus Touch and will be returning it for an In-Warranty Advanced Swap. Basically I went in a few days ago, HTC ships them a phone, and I go get it and give them mine. The warranty is in regards to the screen and has nothing to do with the programming, rom or bootloader.

The problem: I've obviously done what most people here have and upgraded the bootloader in order to have revA and GPS.

The question: Should I downgrade the bootloader to 0.40.CoKe? I know it's possible and not that difficult... but at the same time, the phone can't be relocked anyways (as telus hasn't released any roms). Would it be worth it to make it look like I didn't screw with it, or is Telus going to see that it's unlocked and freak out either way?
