That didnt work.
Issue.
DCD isn't stable on 1.3. It reboots every couple of minutes.
Do I have to flash to another custom ROM stable with 1.3
THEN re-lock the phone.
RUN the leaked ROM.
Un-lock the phone.
Run a custom ROM
