If you are having stabilitiy issues with a custom rom, the suggestion is to post it (which you did, good job) with as much info as you can, and then if you need a stable (but yeah, not as cool) phone to back off to wideawake's AKU2.2, or even your carrier's latest OS ROM.
The AKU 3.5 rom, and all builds based on it so far, have various issues. Some fixes are known (Iguidance, for example) and some are not known, but development is still in progress and most of the rom guys are working on the "stable" version.
