yeah, i made a claim a few months ago (bricked vogue) and i just got 3 hairline cracks on my phone now. called verizon and they said its asurion's problem. called asurion, they said i had to file another claim cuz it was physical damage which voids warranty!
this sh*t sucks! i guess i'll wait till my phone falls apart to file another claim! Or wait for the thunder or touch pro(?)!!!
