The Microsoft Voice command is known to be messed up with bluetooth to where you won't be able to use it.

There are ways to edit the audiopara files (do a search for those) to be able to boost the volume. I tend to have the phone on vibrate + ring, and I am able to normally hear it just fine... I'd look into making your own ringtones and boosting the volume until it's where you'd like it to be (be careful to not blow out the speaker!)

I am currently using OMJ's 6.1 Rom and it's working wonderfully (except somehow I messed up the sync so now it won't sync with my work computer. I may have to spritebackup to a previous version...)

I <3 WM... the key is to get the right programs. I love quickmenu and I love the Touchpal keyboard. Sprite Backup is also a necessity as well if you're going to be messing with the system a ton.
