I would say that the source is the fact that Vista was so over due that it was still born. I think that if MS gets delayed in version 7 of Windows Mobile and Windows 7 itself they will just make the next service pack V7 of each just to get it out and say they delivered it ontime. Notice how they are not saying alot about features for fear that they will need to cut and then MS will get bad press for it

offtopic... i apolize but i can accross some stuff about how the isp's want to end the internet as we know it and turn it into a paid cable like tier service or a pay per view service if you will..
