I'm not sure about saving the akey, but I think a new number has to be generated each time the phone loses its "authentication" ---- its unique to each time the phone is authenticated. I'm not sure about that, but when you call for an akey---it has to be generated, it isn't merely "looked up".

you see I like the idea that I will have GPS on my verizon xv6900, but alot of people saying that verizon xv6900 it
does not have the hardware, just sprint version have the WiFi + GPS but they disable it. for that it will nice to have it running with this custom ROM.
so, I'm really top confused about verizon xv6900 if it does has the GPS or NOT.
