For voice command, all I had to do was use 7-zip to look into the Microsoft Voice Command US PPC 1.60 for M2M.PPC420_StrongARM.CAB cab file (search on your comptuer; it'll be on there somewhere..) and manually grab out the voicecmd.016 and rename it to voicecmd..exe - then copying it to the windows direcotry on the ppc.. worked like a charm.
