Hard reset, pack and ship.You could be real nice and flash the stock ROM, which would accomplish the same thing. The EPST can't be overwritten until the phone is on the new account. Hell, the last 6700 I got off ebay still had ALL of the former owner's info and settings , which I fixed with a ROM flash.
