Dont worry youre not the only one with slow speeds ..


I always have slow speeds ..

Wherever I am . home or school or work .


The did a problem ticket but never called back ..

Then I called again after doing a hard reset and they tell me they were going to check the towers again ..

Nothing

I just want them to replace the phone for me .

I know its defective but they keep on saying reset this and wait here and there .

BLAH .
