that video is just the "panning mode" when using internet, what im saying is when you turn the instinct vertical or (straight up and down) the screen will not turn with the phone like the iphone/ipod touch because there is no accerlometer in it, as for the network everything should be fine with the rev a next friday, mines works great as far as speed, uploads and downloads.
