I had the same issue, it appears that the 2.31 is for 3.xx radios(GPS/RevA). If you flash back to cokeman's .40 it works just fine(no gps radios).
Guess it does not matter too much now that you have flashed to the altell radio.
BTW: using the leaked rom for a couple of days now and it makes me love my sprint touch so much more now.
