They say use pdanet software so you won't be charge for using PAM. I personally don't use it but i havn't get charged. same as true if your using wifi as router. Touch doesnt have a wi-fi but if you want to make ur Touch as wi-fi router, You can check cradle point. it will broadcast your PPC's internet so you can connect your wi-fi capable devices. That's my 2 cents since I have nothing left in my pocket.
