ah!! you got ATT Tilt too!!!!
well, check your QWERTY board..and on the bottom right hand corner of it, there's the 'right' arrow, and on that arrow button, above the sign, it says 'Wi Fi' in blue. You just press the 'Fn' blue button then press that WiFi button and it'll turn on, to turn off, you just press the same buttons again.
(I always knew about WiFi but I just figured out how to turn it on recently)
There's another way to turn it on/off from your 'desktop' too..but it's a little hard for me to explain..
