No It will not be included in the Rom.. It will be a seperate download and I was told and I Quote "
We're still working on the Picturemail app download which will be a separate download (not included in the ROM) for this summer assuming there are no issues"
I dont know about the other nor will I claim to.. All I know is the Picture mail, Vogue Update and the Mogul Update... Vogue is scheduled for end of June... Mogul mid July and picture mail as above..
