Take Helmi's 3.5, add in a bunch of bug fixes and performance tweaks, and then as mentioned in the first post:
Removed:
Wireless Modem (doesn't work on 3.5, use Internet Sharing instead)
Added:
.NET 2.0 Compact Frameworks are preinstalled.
